Aziz,

Good morning — at least here.

Sorry but I teach a  class at the time of the meeting and will not be able participate.  

I see there are other meetings for later that day on expanding to underserved regions and an update of the African strategy. As it turns out we are having the launch of a professional body for ICT practitioners tomorrow and since I am one of the people who started the initiative I have to be there. :-D Hopefully there will be transcripts. I will use the launch to promote stakeholder involvement from Namibia into the ICANN process, and will post details to the list.
