The meeting will be webcast in seven languages: Arabic, Chinese, English,

A hub can be located in any city around the world to allow anyone interested
to join local discussions and to participate in NETmundial. Organizations
wishing to host a hub should have necessary infrastructure (broadband
access, projects), the hub meeting should be open to anyone. The organizer
should be able to facilitate interactions both locally and with NETmundial.
