Hi Victor and ALL

Talking about education; I would like to say that I cannot imagine nowadays training an engineer without internet governance courses. Training on training governance is a big issue in Africa above all in french speaking countries. As Kivuva said, we must focus on internet governance; not only at ICANN. To address this issue, I think first step must be introducing internet governance courses at University.
By the way; we face a general problem of information and communication (press) on internet governance within African region. Access to information become more and more easier with mailing lists and other social network; but the main issue here, is informations exploitation for a better usage of actors and populations.

Reagards!
