[AfrICANN-discuss] "Vint Cerf on ICANN and NTIA"

An addition to Fahd's post is that one can request to create a course. So
the internet governance course can be created there for instance. However
like it's been mentioned earlier there are quite a number of online
training on internet governance already existing in this region.
