Hi EL,
That's not what is going on at all.
It's all about who controls the revenue flow, and who gets to make the
rules, with a bit of ethnic rivalry thrown in.
the KE government (especially the regulator) has never been happy with an
independent .ke.
They have been maneuvering towards this for several years.
