Hi PD,

Is it not possible to access the report from the ICANN website instead of
having to subscribe to the Boston website to access it?

Regards,

* The BCG e-Friction Index measures the four impediments that prevent
consumers, companies, and countries from realizing the full benefits of the
Internet. Smart policy can address this ³e-friction² and thus expedite
Internet use and the development of the digital economy of individual
countries.
