[AfrICANN-discuss] Declaration of the joint meeting of African community (Buenos Aires)

Hello there..
Thanks to all for the updates etc.

I would like to add that 'just attending as Africans' may not add value to
the processes which are of importance to Africa. my suggestion is that
Africans should decided on 'what to discuss and share' with the Global
Community before hand - that has not happened - it should happen in order
to be more effectively-organised as One Voice - not to put things together
'quickly' on the back of ICANN Meetings as it has been happening..?.
