Interesting suggestion, though one wonders, especially in a shared registry where there is no contact between the register and the applicant because of the registrars' interacting with the register and the applicants and since the percentage of (paid) renewals that is being asked, is the most direct measure of applicant satisfaction that can be generated from the database and thus verified...
