[AfrICANN-discuss] Commonwealth Cybersecurity Forum 2013 will be
held from 22th to 26th April 2013 in Cameroon. ICANN and AfriNIC to
speak on "Internet resources and Cyber safety".

It makes a lot of sense. There must be away to make the ICT money (read
project) more relevant to majority (community)
