held from 22th to 26th April 2013 in Cameroon. ICANN and
AfriNIC to speak on "Internet resources and Cyber safety".

Given my professional background and as the Founding Medical Director of the Women and Child Abuse Centre of the Namibian Police (now a full, nationwide Branch) I must say that perhaps clean water, roads, health care and education are more urgent in a continent where the number of children that can go online pales in comparison.
But then of course these are the Princelings so they need to be weaned onto donor funding as early as possible.
