I do understand the need for this sort of information in advance for planning purposes, but it was published on the ICANN website, yesterday, 7 February 2013 and the earliest I could distribute was this morning, CET.

This information is very useful to those of us working in EMEA. A small plea, however, in that it would be really helpful to know of these sorts of events a bit more in advance -- I've already got commitments that clash with these, for example.

Just for the future, and thanks for keeping us all informed.
