Madagascar - [AfrICANN-discuss] ICANN Africa Event in Addis 5-8 March 2013

Bonjour Pierre,

NIC-MG est vraiment intéressé par cet événement. On a passé notre 
plateforme sur Cocca depuis un certain temps, mais on a quand même du 
mal à faire décoller les enregistrements malgré les efforts que l'on fait.
Peut être qu'en discutant avec d'autres registry et registrars, on aura 
des solutions pour l'Afrique.
Par exemple, nos difficultés à être autonome pour les paiements en ligne 
(réglementation bancaire du pays) pourraient être contourner si l'on met 
un plateforme de paiement commun pour quelques pays, puis virement 
bancaire sur notre compte local.
En tout cas, si l'on y va c'est pour trouver des solutions.
Ou est-ce que l'on fait les enregistrements ?  C'est Raft ou moi qui va 
y aller, cela dépendra de notre agenda.
