Malheureusement, je ne decide pas du choix des beneficiaires des bourses d'ICANN. 

Une Commission specialisee de l'ICANN s'en charge. L'esentiel est cependant de demontrer dans votre requete comment vous comptez beneficier et faire beneficier votre pays/communaute de votre participation.


Enfin, vous avez certainement encore une chance pour ICANN 48 a Buenos Aires!!

Fellowship Program Brings Global Voices Together at ICANN | Fellows Announced for Durban, South Africa Meeting
19 April 2013
30 fellows from 24 countries have been selected to participate in ICANN's Fellowship program at the 47th Public Meeting in Durban, South Africa, 14-18 July 2013. Nine of the fellows are alumni from at least one of the past 18 programs, 14 are first-time attendees to an ICANN meeting, 7 have attended meetings in past but are fellows for the first time. The fellows represent all sectors of society including civil, government, academia, business, not-for-profit and user groups. The country code supporting groups also are represented.

ICANN received 97 fellowship applications for the Durban meeting. Applications for each meeting are assessed by an independent selection committee. Priority is given to applicants who meet minimum program requirements, are current residents of developing and least developed nations in the five ICANN regions, and who are interested in participating in ICANN and its supporting organizations, advisory committees or stakeholder groups.
