[AfrICANN-discuss] Internet regulation at national level?

Hello Colleagues,

The discussions are now really touching the main "Juice" that affects
Africa ICT Ecosystem, which is great.  However as we start dwelling into
the issue of regulation especially on Adiel's earlier comment, we should
look seriously on the role of ISP's in IP address "regulation" in Africa.

I will end by this quote:
