There are 957 policies in place to have accurate whois data, and so
what?

Does the Registry now check each Registrant?

And repeat regularly?  Even .EU can't do that automated very well,
so you have to have manual labour.  But, of course the Registry must
pay for it without raising its fees, right?

And even if the data is accurate, who does it belong to?

And as that is settled, who may use it for what, where, when, how
and why?
