Wow wow... A word has been spoken so we all keep quiet?

That is trying to tie peoples hands and block their thinking. We should discuss from every angle. Its not a meeting with fixed Agenda and strict Chairperson.... Please step aside and let the discussion flow. Thanks.
Let us move on... Regulation of Content is important especially in business related issues such as Advertisements.
Cheers

Quick answer :
- Domain Names;
- IP Addresses;
- Contents (very complex).

What do you want to regulate about domain names and IP addresses? You have to get specific

A good first step is noticing regulating contents (very complex) so probably a *bad* idea

Other extension, depending on the country context :
- Frequencies or electromagnetic waves ;
- Telephone Numbers.

Not Internet And not under discussion
