How could Oga Nii say "No answer"? Just like that...? 
I wonder why jump into such short conclusion if there are Businesses which need regulations esp in competition?
Unless Oga Nii does not see that happening in the Private Sector. It does not mean that there will not be any more business ideas...need to update in that sir.
