[AfrICANN-discuss] The "ICANN Africa Strategy" Is Not the Same as the 'African Agenda'

Personally I don't give a dead rat's fuzzy behind "about advancing
Africa's participation at ICANN", as it will change nothing *in*
Africa.

I am not convinced that it needs an agreement between ICANN and
AFRINIC trumpeted with lots of fanfare, to find suitable locations
for L-Root instances, interested parties can do that easily
themselves.

ICANN for all its deficiencies has never specifically treated Africa
worse than other regions, other than perhaps by hiring the infamous
Ms Inne who fortunately now is a black diamond elsewhere
(ding-dong).
