Oops.. This is now going into comparative inequalities ...since infrastructure is a wide and varied quantity. I think that We need to separate Infrastructure by categories before the debate moves on.... Please.
My opinion is that Africa has enjoyed what needs to be promoted and protected and should be proud of. It depends on what one means by Infrastructure...
