I was not asked to specifically evaluate anything.. by you or anybody. Afterall I respect peoples opinions and would not like to judge any because of that. In that case, please dont expect me to do so since diplomacy matters. I ll give my opinion where it can be effective.
I m not in the business of shooting opinions down in public just because I dont agree with it nor will  I be forced to and do not have to apologise for that.
I can see Toronto mtg teams are fully ready to move things forward to share a lot of discussions on issues that has taken place back home?
Kind regards

You conveniently evaded the issue.

You asked that member be constructive on the list. You are then asked to evaluate a specific link then you give plenty excuses, huh

If you can't tell what is constructive please then spare us

Why should I impose my judgement or understanding ? That is where things go wrong due to rushing to conclusions and forgetting the protocol or diplomacy. No one is superior when it comes to global issues...all go by concensus!

In that case, no one should expect quick conclusions from me unless there is immediate danger that I m sure of.....such as non inclusiveness I shouted about a few weeks ago.

When one cries for a razor blade to play with what do you do? And when will they know that its dangerous but not fatal if you intervene by denying them?
Small cuts and scars are better than a smooth skin...they show that one has learnt something...sounds cruel but hey! When will one learn?

You asked that we are constructive so I inquired if you could see when something is constructive eg the link posted

Your answer says you can't?

Well well, I am not the universal Judge. You do that for for us please...? Construction and destruction are all actions that need effort and time - that is nature.

To me, I respect everything said or written since we have different opinions and reasoning methods. One can not stop one from writing about tasteless things....we have no choice but just to read it first since they don't carry a warning like Films which advice 'Parental Guidance' or 'Strong Language' .

Newspaper carries stories some bad some taste  good - you cant choose which one to read .... .

Have a good weekend Oga Nii :-))

Please tell us do you consider the URL that was posted containing constructive information? Was that a shout from the top of the hill

Lets be innovative and productive please.

I cant blame anyone since it is in our African culture - long discussions or misunderstanding can take generations long. We have everything including good weather therefore gossiping and long debates which keep being repeated by a new comer is common.
Lets keep talking but let us be constructive.
If you dont like something leave it or weed it off your patch!! Dont go on shouting from top of the hill (this List)
Good day.

Thats *not* how it goes!

The Internet has been governed in Africa since the beginning and not by storm as you suggest or wish

Are you a member of the ICANN Evaluation Panel or do you have friends in the panel that have indicated to you secretly that they would favour your preferred applicant?
