[AfrICANN-discuss] Some recommendations

Hi all, these are my toughts which I think can go into the recommendations.

1.       I would appreciate if the workforce at the ICANN office oversee
Africa be improved in the next round of recruitment as I understand ICANN
will be shopping to increase the workforce from 141 to about 150 before the
year 2013.

2.       Africa, if possible, should have a ratio to constantly boost iCANN
activities in Africa
