[AfrICANN-discuss] Invitation to the AFRALO-AfrICANN joint meeting in Prague

I think we are having two distinct meetings! One is being organised by
the AUC, (chaired by Moctar) while the other one is a 'regular' one
being organised by AFRALO.(Chaired by Fatimata)

Venues are different as well.
