Hello Dawit,

Thank you for a 50% answer to the question.

To show you where the concern might come from is, "how long has the
Internet Governance been existing?" Not more than 20 years I presume? I
that case, "What qualifies someone to a Leader in IG?" I presume that there
is no accurate Definition for this either.

I that case,please let us avoid using the standard qualifications used by
HR Officers world over in Advertising for Jobs. When it comes to Internet
issues, what matters is the "Emotional Intelligence" not IQ, age or
academic qualifications....are you with me? In that case, how can the
Emotional Intelligence compared/measured in order to come up with
suitable Ambassadors?  That would be the remaining 50% of the answer to
issues raised - if I may please.
