Thank you very much Alexander for sharing. I am participating in the NGL
programme of ISOC (e-learning: shaping the Internet: History and Futures)
and we are always debating about the Future of Internet if the contribution
of ITU in Internet governance become mandatory opposed to voluntary nature
of Internet system!
