Maybe I can try to explain since i had a similar situation on another list. As explained by Nishal you have two email addresses and you probably download both into a single mailbox. However your mailbox uses a default address when sending emails and it so happens that the default address is not the registered address and thus your emails bounce.
This is a common mistake and since we now have clarification I would suggest we close the topic and get back to the main topics which I'm optimistic that we will soon get one position for Africa.
Apology or not atleast the evidence on the table shows no foul play from either party but a miss understanding. In future a question on the list would have surficed. The problem here is that the question was loaded with an accusation and thus the call for an apology from some.
But I would suggest an aknowledgement of the technical issue can get us to close and move forward together.
