"Emotional Intelligence" is what I am talking about at this stage - Logic
in its social-technical sense is in there!
Can I hint that it all boil down to what someone believe in against what
the one do as a job - to me, that would be the best criterion for the
selection of CEOs and Managers! I am afraid to state that IQ and other
qualifications would come next as a legal requirement - I have gone too
far!?!
