Thank you Dr Yassin
There is a song I remember which said "you say it all when you say nothing at all"
I will not pursue this question anymore I have my answer. I hope other listers also do.
Regards
Merry x-mas to all

Dear Badru et al.
I would be honoured if your wish to give such power was what I wished for. No thanks pse dont give such power to affect progress on Africa development to which I m a stakeholder
As for being a stakeholder of DCA ... that is your 'intepretation' and your generalization that "the rest of Africans are eager" to hear from me is not your right to say so since I did not see any Opinion Poll for that....or a few head count in this list makes you say so. Big mistake of misinforming and forced representation which can be misleading.
After all, mine is only one voice so dont dwell on it ...unless you are seeking my advise on something else? I ll try my best to truthfully advise you based on my knowledge and understanding.
There are bids being processed therefore do not temper with it by character assassinations and false moves which are now becoming a threat. I m not a process so just leave it.
Merry Xmas and New Year:-)

With all Due respect Dr Yassin
There is only one question to answer which all your peers are asking.
When did you know lerato was sophia ??
Many justifications for Lerato have been made and the perpetrator even posted some kind of apology on this list. And there some on the list prepared to forgive and forget. All people want to know as a key stakeholder in DCA did you Dr Yassin Mshana know about this or not.
A very simple answer will move this discussion on. We all want to move on but as longer as you are insisting that there is this anti DCA underhand work going on we cannot as observers make a good judgement if you refrain from answering what is a very simple question.
Answer is either
you also did not know (which we can understand since many list members fall into that category )
Or
You knew all along that lerato was sophia.
That is the simple question.
Unfortunately failure to answer positively leaves us to make our own judgement on an issue which as you say is key for the community. We cannot start building trust if we still have these unknowns and your evasive responses do not help.

Dr I can understand your position and situation right now. .. You are trying to pull me towards your thinking which you know is not my way since this habit of 'gossiping' is not my style.
It seems to be difficult for you to Let the processes and lawyers do their job. I am not intending to mess with 'business' activities by engaging in any such discussions when Bids are being processed.
Shall we show respect for once? That is maturity I think...
Merry Xmas and Prosperoud 2013 everyone

Hello again Nigel,
I am happy to refer you to Google or Wikipedia for such public information- not for me to answer you .... and at what official capacity?
Thats what I decided to call "High Class Rumouring" I do not wish to answer such legal questions since ICANN has all information and the Processes should be respected.
Enjoy the Season one and all.. Yassin

Not oops! I KNOW Uniforum is not a trust. That's exactly the point I was
making.
So its ownership, and its nonprofit nature are all public. Anything I
wanted to know, I could look up on the official register. (Actually, if
I cared I'd probably just ask my goddaughter's father, but that's not
the point).
A trust however, has trustees appointed by a trust deed (express trusts)
or by operation of law (implied or constructive trusts)
So please answer my questions ** which are about the DCA Trust **
.

>> What is the proper law of the trust?

Transparency requires it.
