Your spin machine (including the domainnnewsafrica team) are really incredible:

“ we are indeed troubled by the fact that Mr. Mike Silber would use
his presence on the ICANN Board of Directors to act deliberately as to
pose an unwarranted risk to DCA’s application whilst trying to take
decisions that would have a favorable outcome for the competing
application submitted by UniForum.”

Again this quote is stating a "fact" that is not in evidence, in other
words it's a figment of someone's imagination.

This blogger is deeply clueless when he says:

"So one then would wonder what is the interest of Silber to now want
to serve on a committee that decides on New gTLDs?"

Well, if I were an ICANN Board Member and I wasn't happy that a
program went ahead when I didn't think it was ready, I would surely
volunteer to sit on the committee that oversaw it's implementation, so
that I could make sure it was implemented in the best way possible!

You can spin this story as much as you like, but those of us who don't
work for either side can easily see where the truth lies.

If you could point to one example where the Uniforum folks have been
disrespectful, I would very much like to see that!
