Mr Silber has been the Treasurer of the ZADNA and has nothing to do with
Uniforum and/or Uniforum's .AFRICA application.

Mr Disspain has been the CEO of AUDA and has nothing to do with any
entity applying for .AFRICA.

The Ombudsman could not find any conflict of interest, and in the case
of Mr Disspain he couldn't even figure out what the alleged complaint
was about. He did however, in a very polite manner, accuse Ms Bekele of
substantial misconduct in terms of RFC 1591.
