I think you are asking the wrong information from me ..the wrong person. 

I have discipline when it comes to business matters Mr Browne...you of all should know better who to ask for such legal documents. Show some respect to such issues since that act constitutes to High Class gossip I kept talking about. OR may be you want to Copy something from it for usual USE such as copying ideas and running away with? 
Please ask the Secretariat for that help.
