[AfrICANN-discuss] Lets not defend the undefendable. The executive Director of DCA wronged and has apologized on the list

Dear Badru, I am not intending to set us back, but somethings have to be
stated for the record and here is mine.

For someone that works with Ms. Bekele on a daily basis, I will vouch for
her integrity and leadership and character, and I see no wrongdoing.

Having said that, I also know that she has complained of not being able to
post using her email on AfriICANN for a long time and being blocked. That
was also obvious from the email Adiel has sent. What it states is that her
name was not subscribed. and Nii is trying to legitimize the blocking
by saying she did not know how to use email? how ridiculous is that. If
you people are not psyched to the possibility of blocking people on this
list, why is Dr Eberhard W Lisse proposing that she should be blocked
again? Is this not enough evidence how your members who are anti DCA
behave? If she used an alias to post, I see no problem with it at all. The
content of her message is neither false nor with an intent to deceive
anyone or cause mischief or unwarranted attack in anyone. You have said
she is not member of your community, so why should she announce when she is
coming in. I do not know most of the people posting on this list.
Therefore, if I have understood her apology, she gave the list one out of
good faith and I believe it has nothing to do with deceit or lies you want
to taint her with.

BTW, Dr Eberhard W Lisse, your sockpuppy legal threat in US Federal Court is
meaningless, but you seem to bring it up too many times, unless you are
entertaining us. Ms Bekele's communication on this list brought no
damage to anyone nor does it even carry false or misleading information.
If you have a case on Bekele or DCA then please bring it on. Otherwise,
you can save your legal opinion to any one you fool.

I belong to many mailing lists and many do not know who I am and I
contribute and debate and no one has asked me what I do or who I am
affiliated with. If the truth be told, even on this issue, I have not heard
from anyone on this list except those who are defending their support to
an alternate .africa and you want to be taken seriously about lies and
false identity and at the courts too? If you want an "exclusive list" of
TLD membership on this list, then set up subscription rules for eg. on
Kicktnet, one needs personal referral before you join, so less having a
clear understanding or contract with your subscribers, I call everything
else you are saying and doing pure harassment, name calling, witch hunting
and bluffing.

Who are you for eg. to dictate to Adiel, CEO of AfriNic to remove IDs or
not from the list, based on your own presentation of argument or
someone's behavior, while he did not remove you when people petitioned your
removal on your own behavior. What will be the categories you will choose
to block a person, irritating, obnoxious, hate mail, competition, and what
you perceive as lies and deceitfulness? Can DCA also be allowed a list,
how about nepotism, cronyism, abuse of office, and influence-peddling,
even clueless Africans - remember that?

Well, you might as well block me since I have also exercised my right to
speak contrary to you argument, The only reason they tolerated you on
this list or even brought you in is to get your endorsement and to keep it,
and so you did. Spying on your opponent’s headers and calling
them liars is no expertise or honesty. He who is without any sin should
cast the first stone.

That is all I have to say for now.
