This is the first time in a long time that the US Congress has been united
on an issue. Remember, the US controls the root.

This is on the heels of another unanimous resolution passed by the EU

Aside from creating unity in opposition to its aims, it looks like the ITU
has a lot of work to do in Washington and Brussels.

Perhaps Mr Ntoko can enlighten us on how the ITU plans to engage with the
those of us in the ICANN process?
