[AfrICANN-discuss] AFRALO-AfrICANN joint meeting in Dakar

Hi all,

Thank you for the options although they may be beyond what the proposed
meeting may decide for the entire Continent due to limited representation. I
would like to ask about the quorum which decided  on the options but I would
like to suggest that the meeting should deliberate on:

*Internet users’ security: best practice * - I think that is what is needed
urgently - others to follow.
