Bonjour Tidjani! 
J' ai lu la déclaration à part quelques coquilles ca va . Je propose :     
  au paragraphe 2 que l' on ajoute la formation des cadres de la  justice et de la police car ils sont amenés à travailler en étroite  collaboration avec les CERT . 
au paragraphe 3  à la ligne 4 la phrase "L' initiave devant adapter le projet............Africain et POUSSER , je propose qu' on parle plutot d' ENCOURAGER ou APPUYER l' élaboration ..... 
Je propose aussi que l' on signe la déclarations  ;

In the attached files, please find the English and French versions of the joint AFRALO – AfrICANN statement on the Internet end-users security and the best practices, modified according to the debate, and especially the written proposals provided by Baudouin and Mary.
 
If you have other remarks, please send them before Thursday 1st of December, so that I include them before the final adoption of the statement.
