I welcome this Initiative how praiseworthy, and to promote new technologies
development as recognition of merit and encourage others to invest
intellectual  Africa for the integral development of the continent.
We have full confidence to The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa
(ECA) and the African Innovation Foundation (AIF) for the selection and the
winner is plebiscite truly objective and rational.
