WASHINGTON, D.C., USA and GENEVA, SWITZERLAND – 01 August 2011] – The
Internet Society today announced its new Board of Trustees, comprised of
distinguished leaders from across the global Internet community. 
The board members bring to the organization a broad cross-section of
experience and global perspectives, as well as a keen interest in making a
positive impact on the future of the Internet.
The new Board members with terms beginning this year are:
    * Alain  Patrick Aina, Managing Director at Technologies Reséaux &
Solutions and Special Project Manager at AfriNIC (the Internet Address
Registry for Africa)
