Dear Colleagues,

The AfTLD Advanced Registry Operation course began yesterday at the Agence
des Technologies d’Information et de la Communication (AGETIC)in
Bamako,Mali. The opening ceremony was performed by the Secretaray General
(Chief Director) of the Ministry of Communication. Over 30 participants
from 19 registries across Africa are attending the workshop in two tracks
(French and English). Instructors of the course are from ICANN, ISOC and
NSRC, the partners and creators of the *ROC series. You may find pictures
