Dear Esam et al,

That is good news indeed - Thank you and well done all!!

It is necessary to prioritize on the utilization of the Fund in order to
have tangible Outcomes and Outputs - Despite the fact that I have not
examined the Log frame of the AXIS Project, I presume that there are clear
Milestones set in the proposal.

 It is unfortunate that mostly, of the Capacity Building  component in
various programmes is out of fashion now - there has been far too many
Workshops (Talk-shops?) which are, in most cases attended by almost the same
people...? I sincerely hope that the spending of the seed money made
available will have a lasting impact.

Those are my congratulatory thoughts for now.
