Dear ICT Colleague,

With critical information infrastructures, data and personal information, children and even freedom of expression on the internet coming under threat from various quarters, resilient and robust Cyber security frameworks are increasingly becoming important to Governments, businesses and individuals.

The Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO) has been privy to the growing needs of developing countries to meet the challenges of Cyber Threats. In line with its mandate to promote information and communications technologies in the socio-economic development of developing countries in the Commonwealth, the CTO is organising a Cyber Security Forum 2010 on the 17th and 18th of June 2010 in London, UK. Hosted by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS), UK and The UK Office for Cyber Security, the conference is FREE to attendees from Not-for-Profit/Public sector organisations.

The CTO would like to welcome Cyber Security evangelists to speak at the conference. If you, or someone you know, is interested in speaking at the conference, please send an e-mail to s.fletcher at cto.int<mailto:s.fletcher at cto.int> or l.dealwis at cto.int<mailto:l.dealwis at cto.int> today with the title of your presentation and four key bullet points for review and possible inclusion in the conference agenda. A brief biographical description of your speaking experience would also be appreciated.

For further information please visit the event website<http://www.events.cto.int/CyberSecurity2010>, or download the brochure here<http://www.cto.int/Portals/0/docs/event_docs/2010/CyberSecurity2010/cyber%20security%20brochure_25Mar2010%20(2).pdf>.
