I've seen this same story in a variety of news outlets, it seems to be
a press release that just gets put online repeatedly.

Is DotConnect going to pay the 55k USD EOI
fee to ICANN for .africa?

Is Dotafrica ready to bid for .africa?

dotafrica seems much more like the .org/PIR/ISOC
model that has done good things in Africa.  They have my support going forward.
