Dear Yassin,

I agree your observation. So we have many difficult to collect a feedback
from local actors for many reasons:
-someone has very busy and doesn' take care about issues sending online
(private sectors, technical community) or they refuse to contribute;
-other one doesn't have a good internet connection and can not contribute in
the time (civil scoeity entities,academia...).
But the biggest problem lies on the linguistic level and I keep repeating.
All online exchanges are 95% in English including documents sent for
exchange. Nobody has enough time to do the translation or order a
translation. It also requires financial resources. We are confronted with
these types of situations most often to such an extent that there is
disinterestedness. In the end, it is difficult to receive contributions. We
need to consider alternative strategies to motivate local actors.
