The aim of this conference is bringing together international
researchers, public officers, policy makers and practitioners in ICT to
discuss issues and trends, recent research, innovation advances and
on-the-field experiences related to e-Government, e-Governance,
e-Infrastructure, and e-Business with a focus on developing countries.
AFRICOMM 2009, the first conference of the series, is organized into
three Tracks, two of them organized as Research Tracks and one as Policy
& Governance Track.
TOPICS

Countries
The AFRICOMM track on ICT infrastructures is dedicated to foster ICT
technologies and projects in and for developing countries environments.

researchers and practitioners from around the world are invited to
submit their research findings and new ideas, and for practitioners to
demonstrate the result of projects and applications on technical
symposia, panels, and workshops.
3. Policy & Governance Track
