Dear all,

I join you in a round of applause to Adiel for being honored with this great prize! He certainly is most deserving of the award. As it happens, the award comes when I was about to send you a posting expressing my respect for the leadership he is already showing at the NRO. Their response to the NAv6 survey (http://nro.net/news/nav6-survey-response.html) was technologically sober, and very level-headed. Just the leadership we need. Adiel, congrats, and may this be one of many more glorious awards to come in the future! Keep up the great work.
