Hello Bashir,

You only have to wait until the website for Cairo is in place and you can
register there for the meeting. ICANN meetings are free of charge and you
can attend all the different meetings dedicated to registries, registrars,
internationalised domain names, country code supporting organisation,
generic names supporting organisation, etc. They will all be posted. It will
depend on what you are interested in.

As an example, click on schedule on the following page:
http://par.icann.org/ and you will see what I am talking about.
