All,

I think the quality of the ICANN meeting webcast from New Delhi has 
been poor, many of the webacst links do not work and when they work 
quality is poor in both audio and video.

We have a great opportunity this week of compairing this ICANN 
meeting webcast with the live webcast for the NASA Atlantis space 
shuttle launch and flight that you can view, with alternatives, at 
http://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/nasatv/index.html

The poor webcasting service hurts participation. This is further 
complicated by the significant difficulties being faced this week to 
use teleconferencing services for this meeting as well.
