[AfrICANN-discuss] Comments on the Midterm review of the ICANN JPA

Dear all,

I thought the attached would be of interest to us. Also, may I remind all
that we should be sending our comments  on the continuous transition of the
technical coordination and management of the Internet Domain name and
addressing systems within the framework of the mid term review of the joint
project Agreement (JPA) between ICANN and the NTA, US DoC??

Ideally, one would suggest that our distinct African 'groupings' or Afri *
work on common comments if possible.
