Oh Yes!

Fishermen(persons rather) have been able to obtain market price for their
catch at various locations before they decided where to anchor - also they
have been able target  or made better deals with clients for their catch.
that happened about 2 years ago (Where?  East Africa coast. From who? Media
news ).
