[AfrICANN-discuss] Updated Statement of Interest

Well, I haven't followed the link but I believe I read the
content elsewhere, and as far as I can tell, the SoI is intended
for the GNSO Council purpose. So it might be confusing in this
context (and I must say as another council member, I myself was)
unless there is a specific reason to post it here, which it
would be nice to explain, thanks.
