for .africa we need more information and why not roadmap
Thanks Rafik. We do have information and a roadmap that we can share. Nii
has spoken to me while in Kigali last week. We have agreed to work on a
consolidated plan and see if we can bridge the gap amongst the various
proposals we have.
However, it may be a case where the proposals present a very different
platform and we may be forced to bid for two or even three proposals. In
this case, I see nothing wrong with competition.
I look forward to working with everyone in the interim.
