[AF31-Announce] Application details. I don't have money to cover this, but I wish to attend if there is scholarship for me to enable me participate which will cover flight and accommodation

I can not fund the program my self please, I thought It was scholarships
which was my objective when I applied.
But I will attend if the organizer can sponsor me from Nigeria please.
